How we handle your information.

Who we are

Payledger is a brand of Opticap Holding India Private Limited, a company incorporated in India with its office in Bengaluru. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Opticap Holding India Private Limited. We are the data fiduciary for the information described below.

What we collect

Only what you type into our enquiry form, and basic technical information that comes with any web request.

• You give us: business name, your name, mobile number, email address, GSTIN if you choose to share it, city and state, your yearly sales range, how much funding you are looking for, and what you need it for.
• Collected automatically: your IP address, the country the request came from, and your browser's user agent string. We use these only to prevent abuse of the form.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.

Why we use it

To contact you about your enquiry, to assess whether we can help, and to pass your details to a lending or insurance partner if you ask us to arrange a facility. We use it for nothing else, and we do not sell it.

Your consent

We process your details because you gave them to us and ticked the consent box. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing us, and we will stop contacting you and delete your details unless we are required by law to keep them.

Who we share it with

• Our NBFC arm and financial institution partners, where you have asked us to arrange working capital.
• Licensed insurer and surety partners, where you have asked us to arrange receivables protection.
• Service providers who host our website and store enquiries on our behalf, under contract and only for that purpose.
• Government or regulatory authorities, where the law requires it.

Our hosting and storage providers may process data on servers outside India. Where that happens, we take steps to see that it is protected to the standard set out here.

How long we keep it

For as long as we are in contact with you about your enquiry, and for up to three years afterwards so that we can pick the conversation back up. Where a facility is arranged, records are kept for the period our partners and Indian law require.

How we protect it

Your enquiry is sent over an encrypted connection and stored with access limited to the people who need it. No system is perfect, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to keep your information safe.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct anything wrong, delete it, or withdraw your consent. Write to the address below and we will respond within a reasonable period.

Grievances

If something has gone wrong, contact our Grievance Officer and we will look into it.
